Reimbursement for Supervision
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Family Time Facilitator / Behavior Coach, you will:

Facilitate Supervised Visits: Support children, teens, and families in homes and community locations.

Transport Clients: Ensure safe transportation to and from visits for children in kinship or foster placements.

Ensure Safety & Mediate Conflicts: Maintain strict safety guidelines and resolve conflicts as needed.

Support Relationship Building: Encourage positive parent-child bonding.

Provide Ongoing Coaching: Teach parenting, social and communication skills, coping strategies, anger management, budgeting, executive functioning, and more.

Connect to Resources: Help clients access supportive services and community resources.

Document Services: Accurately record observations, incidents, and required reports.

Collaborate with Team: Attend supervision meetings to ensure client progress and safety.

Meet Service Hours: Maintain a minimum of 12 billable client service hours per week.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, or related field

Experience working with children, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and knowledge of child development and the child welfare system

Proficient in digital tools and communication platforms

Sensitivity to cultural and socioeconomic diversity

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Valid driver’s license with clean record and auto insurance
-
Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability
-
Must pass drug screen and state/federal background checks
-
Trade name registered with the state and professional liability insurance
