Tania Sossi, M.Ed, LPC, CPP, President, and CEO, graduated from the University of Texas at Brownsville (now called The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley) with an M.Ed. in School Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, registered as Child Parent Psychotherapist (CPP), trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and is a trauma-informed provider.

Tania has extensive clinical experience working in schools, homes, offices, and residential facilities with expertise in working with children, adolescents, and their families struggling with significant trauma, mental health challenges, and school-related issues. In addition to her clinical experience, Tania has a broad program development and fundraising background. Tania spent the past twelve years with Griffith Centers for Children CHINS UP as an Individual and Family Preservation Therapist, Program Supervisor, Director of New Business Development, Chief Operations Officer, and now as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Omar Selim is a proven behavioral health leader with over a decade of experience driving operational performance, regulatory excellence, and strategic growth in complex healthcare environments. As Chief Operating Officer at Griffith Centers, he oversees enterprise operations, quality, compliance, and performance improvement—positioning the organization for long-term success in an evolving behavioral healthcare landscape.

Omar previously served as Director of Quality and Compliance at West Pines Behavioral Health, where he led system-wide quality initiatives, regulatory strategy, and high-reliability performance improvement. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer in the behavioral health sector, leading large-scale operational transformations and improving outcomes across clinical, financial, and regulatory domains. Earlier in his career, he worked as a regulatory compliance surveyor, giving him deep insight into risk management, governance, and industry benchmarking.

Armed with a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Leadership in Healthcare, Omar brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to decision-making—always anchored in doing what’s right for clients, empowering staff, and creating value for stakeholders. Relentless in his commitment to excellence, Omar is focused on building high-performing systems that deliver sustainable impact, reduce harm, and elevate behavioral healthcare to meet the standards investors, communities, and consumers expect.
