Tania Sossi, M.Ed, LPC, CPP

About Tania
Tania Sossi, M.Ed, LPC, CPP, President, and CEO, graduated from the University of Texas at Brownsville (now called The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley) with an M.Ed. in School Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, registered as Child Parent Psychotherapist (CPP), trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and is a trauma-informed provider.
Tania has extensive clinical experience working in schools, homes, offices, and residential facilities with expertise in working with children, adolescents, and their families struggling with significant trauma, mental health challenges, and school-related issues. In addition to her clinical experience, Tania has a broad program development and fundraising background. Tania spent the past twelve years with Griffith Centers for Children CHINS UP as an Individual and Family Preservation Therapist, Program Supervisor, Director of New Business Development, Chief Operations Officer, and now as President and Chief Executive Officer.
