The Sanctuary Model® represents a theory-based, trauma-informed, trauma-responsive, evidence-supported, whole culture approach that has a clear structered methodoolgy for creating or changing an organizational culture. The goal is to theach individuals and orgranizations necessary skills for creating and sustaining non-violent lives and non-violent systems and to keep believing in the unexpored possibilities of peace and well-be9ng for all humanity.
